2.02. In the cases contemplated in paragraphs a, b and c of section 2.01, a training period may not be prescribed more than 90 days after the date of entry or re-entry of the podiatrist’s name.
In the cases contemplated in paragraphs d and e of section 2.01, a training period may not be prescribed more than 90 days after the date of receipt by the board of directors of a recommendation or report to that effect.
